An agentic pipeline for Claude Code and Codex that turns a client's brochure, flyer or business card into a web mockup. The print folder is analysed before any question is asked, the scoping questionnaire runs in a single pass, the visual identity is extracted rather than reinvented, lorem ipsum is forbidden so content gaps stay visible, and images are resized to WebP without touching the originals.
